Harlie, Cassius, and Jordan - We had to have our other kitty (Spooky) put to sleep in November, and Cass now enjoys a lot of attention from the girls. He tries to sleep with Harlie every night, but we had to start kicking him out because she complained that he hogs the whole pillow...

Hideaway Hollow

In September, Mikey and I were lucky enough to get away for a night to celebrate our 7th anniversary. Our parents shared the children while we were away and we enjoyed so much just having time to relax and enjoy each other without the stress of everyday life. We rented a farmhouse a few hours away and spent a lot of our time walking through the cornfields and soaking in the hot tub.

We Do Exist!!!

I know - it's like I've totally fallen off the face of the planet. But with three kids who all want constant attention (not to mention the dog, the cat, and the husband), a house that seems to collect dust, dirt, and dirty laundry as a hobby, and the work I get a paycheck for doing, I just haven't had time to do much blogging. Okay, so I have had some free time, but I usually spend that eating, sleeping, or occasionally playing a game or reading a book. Oh okay. I've played quite a few games and read a number of books, but please forgive me! Anyway, we do still exist, and as you can see, the kids are growing like little weeds in the best soil ever.
